Description

You will lead the development and strategy of the internal Data Science and AI/ML platform, focusing on machine learning and generative AI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable AI/ML components and generative AI applications.
• Build and manage RAG and multi-agent applications using LLMs.
• Orchestrate ML workflows using tools like Airflow and Kubeflow.
• Implement DevOps practices and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on iterative releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years as a backend engineer.
• Expert-level Python and advanced knowledge of C/C++.
• 2+ years of Cloud Engineering experience, preferably with GCP services (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
• Strong experience with MLOps and Gen AI development.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Tekton.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash or PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
