You will lead the internal Data Science and AI/ML platform strategy, building reusable components and advancing generative AI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning and generative AI applications, including LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
• Build and maintain reusable AI/ML components for the internal platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers on iterative releases.
• Manage ML workflows using tools like Airflow or Kubeflow.
• Implement infrastructure using Terraform and manage containers with Kubernetes and Docker.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience with Python.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud Engineering and Services.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and C/C++.
• Experience with Gen AI, specifically LLMs, RAG, and Multi-Agent Applications.
• Proficiency with GCP services: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery.
• Experience with MLOps and ML workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Tekton.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash or PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
