Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code using functional programming principles in Java, Ruby, or Scala.
• Ensure thorough testing and documentation for all deliverables.
• Communicate technical concepts across technical and non-technical teams.
• Mentor less experienced engineers to support their professional growth.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Ruby, or Scala with an emphasis on functional programming.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Strong understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
