Description

You will lead software development and quality assurance efforts within an agile environment, owning the full lifecycle from analysis to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software development life cycle including analysis, design, coding, and system testing.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and data pipeline testing.
• Manage build processes and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform problem resolution and technical planning for complex software systems.
• Collaborate with product development, external teams, and management to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python development.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and FitNesse.
• Experience with Git, Gradle, and Maven.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Unix and Bash scripting.
• Experience working with JSON and YAML configuration formats.
• Experience using Jira for task and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Airflow.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience in retirement plan administration or financial services.
