Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software applications using C and C++.
• Develop and support software for Linux-based embedded systems.
• Create automation and support scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
• Implement and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking and communication protocols.
• Integrate and support industrial protocols such as OPC, OPC UA, and SOAP.
• Debug software issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and stability.
• Follow secure coding practices and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware, testing, and system engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Experience Required:

• 8-11 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Embedded C and C++.
• Experience working with Embedded Linux systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and communication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with OPC, OPC UA, and SOAP integration.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and embedded cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with Git and version control tools.
• Knowledge of RTOS, multithreading, and concurrent programming is an advantage.
• Experience in industrial automation or railway signalling domains is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is desirable.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual Degree) in any discipline
