Description

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software applications for Linux-based systems and industrial protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement embedded software using Embedded C and C++.
• Develop and support software for Embedded Linux environments.
• Create automation and support scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and integrate TCP/IP, OPC, OPC UA, and SOAP protocols.
• Debug complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance and stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Embedded C and C++.
• Experience working with Embedded Linux systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and communication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with OPC, OPC UA, and SOAP integration.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and embedded cybersecurity.
• Experience with Git and version control tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RTOS, multithreading, and concurrent programming.
• Experience in industrial automation or railway signalling domains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
