Good to Have Skills: Experience with flutter_bloc, get_it, injectable, auto_route, flow_builder, freezed, json_serializable, retrofit, dio, mason, build_runner, i69n, bdd_widget_test, Firebase Suite, DataDog, LaunchDarkly, Segment, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Melos for managing large codebases, and modular application architecture. Knowledge of backend communication implementation and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Learn and share knowledge with engineers on new technologies through experimentation and collaborative learning for career growth.
• Work on new and existing products for Business Areas with exciting roadmap featuring brand new features and solving interesting problems.
• Make a difference by leveraging experience to connect with less experienced engineers and collaborate effectively within the team.
• Join expanding multi-disciplinary agile teams and work with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, and business members to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
• Participate in Flutter Community of Practices and provide input on improving processes and maintaining high quality across the team.
• Take ownership of engineering practices and make real technical decisions that affect multiple teams in the rapidly expanding company.
• Focus on delivering WOW experience while ensuring resilient, error-free and scalable codebase development.
• Build sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex mobile applications that successfully ship to customers.

Experience Required: Working experience with Flutter as a Software Engineer, experience with popular Flutter libraries and tools, passion for building great products in small autonomous agile teams, experience with automation tests and writing testable code, demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and LLMs to improve engineering productivity.
