Description

You will build and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build sleek, complex user interfaces and ship resilient, error-free code to customers.
• Take ownership of engineering practices, making technical decisions that impact multiple teams.
• Write and maintain automation tests, ensuring testable code and high quality.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects to translate requirements into solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to improve engineering productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and mobile development fundamentals.
• Experience with popular Flutter libraries and state management patterns.
• Knowledge of dependency injection and modular application architecture.
• Experience with automation testing and BDD testing practices.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for engineering tasks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and backend communication implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with flutter_bloc, get_it, injectable, auto_route, freezed, json_serializable, retrofit, and dio.
• Familiarity with Firebase Suite, DataDog, LaunchDarkly, Segment, and Melos for monorepo management.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and GitHub Actions.
