Senior Software Engineer

You will own the development and maintenance of Siebel-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Siebel applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development focusing on Siebel CRM.
• Expertise in Siebel configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency with Siebel Open UI and Siebel EAI.
• Strong SQL skills and database design experience.
• Ability to perform database performance tuning.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
