You will design, develop, and maintain Siebel-based solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions using Open UI and EAI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Siebel with other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Siebel applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development focusing on Siebel CRM.
• Expertise in Siebel configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency with Siebel Open UI and Siebel EAI.
• Strong SQL skills and database design experience.
• Ability to perform database performance tuning.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
