Description

You will build and maintain enterprise, distributed, and edge applications across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern front-end and back-end applications using Java, Angular, and SQL.
• Build application interfaces to integrate with internal and external systems via Web Services.
• Own the full project lifecycle from conception to finished product within an Agile framework.
• Troubleshoot complex problems by analyzing data, processes, and code to identify improvements.
• Develop solutions that comply with coding standards enforced through static analyzers like SonarQube.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Core Java, Spring Boot, REST, and Microservices.
• Angular 14, HTML, CSS, and Scripts.
• SQL and data-intensive process development.
• Distributed architecture, including Web Services (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP) and messaging frameworks.
• Multi-threaded processing and modern API design.
• Experience with enterprise-scale, distributed, and edge applications.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, design patterns, and data structures.
• Proficiency with Java development tools, IDEs, build frameworks, source code control, and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Python development and Unix/Shell scripting.
• AWS Cloud application development and DevOps experience.
• Domain knowledge in Energy & Utilities solutions.
