Description

You will lead technical design and implementation of features from inception to release, mentoring engineers and maintaining code quality through rigorous testing and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for new features and oversee delivery to production.
• Design and build REST or gRPC based APIs and microservices on cloud platforms.
• Mentor less experienced engineers to improve team technical capabilities.
• Maintain a healthy codebase through high-quality testing, code reviews, and security best practices.
• Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams using TDD, BDD, and pair programming.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Design using SOLID and Hexagonal principles.
• Experience with Open Source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or jBPM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with relational database persistence like MySQL or Oracle.
• Practical understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Experience building microservices on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client-side frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or CouchDB.
