Description

Design and build full-stack application service layers and UIs for content supply chain systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop entire systems within the supply chain, creating architectural diagrams to support content workflows.
• Build application service layers and user interfaces using Java, Angular, Python, and ReactJS.
• Describe and defend design and code decisions to peers, embracing constructive feedback to improve system quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing source code, logs, operational metrics, and stack traces.
• Offer enhancements to best practices and document design improvements through rigorous code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of software development experience with a focus on full-stack development leaning towards backend.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for building robust service layers.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, specifically Angular and ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of Microservices and Event Driven Architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with serverless technologies, including AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
• Database experience with MongoDB.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies in a delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Media domain, including media workflows, catalogs, and asset registries.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and asynchronous messaging services.
• Technical leadership experience.
