Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Fine-tune models to meet specific performance requirements.
• Develop software components within the AI landscape using Python.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads in cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with the Generative AI landscape.
• Proven experience implementing RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with model tuning.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with LangChain.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks.
