Description

You will design, prototype, and deliver Generative AI solutions that create business value for the Institutional Banking organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions using cloud-native technologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging AI capabilities, platforms, and vendors to determine applicability for institutional banking use cases.
• Develop AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and workflow automation to transform business ideas into working prototypes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities where AI improves productivity, decision-making, or operational efficiency.
• Provide technical documentation and input for governance, risk, compliance, and model review processes related to AI initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience developing web-based or distributed applications.
• Strong proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and document intelligence solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native development.
• Ability to design integrations between AI platforms, enterprise systems, and cloud services.
• Proven track record of independently developing clean, maintainable, secure, and testable code.
• Experience creating technical documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guidance.
• Ability to articulate technical approaches, risks, and controls for governance submissions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with institutional banking domains, regulatory considerations, and risk management frameworks.
