You will build and deploy generative AI applications, implementing RAG architectures and fine-tuning models to meet specific performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy generative AI applications within the current AI landscape.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
• Fine-tune models to meet specific performance and domain requirements.
• Write production-grade code using Python to support AI workflows.
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability within cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Proven experience with model tuning and optimization.
• Expertise in Python development.
• Experience working within cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks.
