Description

You will lead the migration to the NOW CSM workflow management platform, handling technical development, L3 support, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Base))) to the NOW CSM workflow management platform.
• Execute technical development involving scripting, workflows, and integrations on the NOW platform.
• Act as an L3 support resource to debug and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and define business requirements.
• Produce and run test cases to ensure product quality during the migration process.

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and practical exposure to OOPs.
• At least 2 years of technical development on the NOW platform.
• Experience with SQL databases including Oracle and MySQL, including writing queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, XML, and related XML technologies.
• Knowledge of integration techniques using APIs.
• Experience with AngularJS and HTML5.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to various reporting tools.
• Certification on the NOW platform.
