Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend systems and microservices using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build, maintain, and optimize microservices-based applications for efficiency and security.
• Design, query, and optimize schemas for relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
• Provide technical guidance, review code, and mentor junior developers on complex engineering challenges.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for backend services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining microservices-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Proficiency in API Development and Backend Development principles.
• Experience with Performance Optimization techniques.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
