Description

Develop and maintain software to control robotics, complex automated equipment, and industrial systems. Lead engineering teams and coordinate technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain control software for robotics and automated systems.
• Lead or manage a team of engineers, coordinating tasks and workflows.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly and effectively.
• Apply supervisory or management experience to guide team delivery.

Required Skills

• 3-15 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Python, C++, or C#.
• Direct experience developing software for robotics or automated equipment.
• Proven supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive background in complex automated equipment control.
