You will build and scale AI-driven applications and agentic workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Build and optimize RAG applications and AI agent lifecycles.
• Implement tool calling, ReACT, and advanced prompting techniques.
• Evaluate AI application performance using metrics like RAGAS, RAPID, and AI-as-a-Judge.
• Manage deployment via CI/CD pipelines and Google Cloud Platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Python experience.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Flask, and Pydantic.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain, CrewAI, and Google ADK.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically VertexAI and Cloud Run.
• Knowledge of building and improving RAG applications.
• Understanding of the complete AI Agent lifecycle, including tool calling and ReACT.
• Experience testing AI applications using RAGAS, RAPID, or similar evaluation frameworks.
• Foundational NLP knowledge, including semantic similarity and intent classification.
• Version control via GitHub and CI/CD implementation using GitHub Actions.
