Description

Lead the architecture and development of cloud-native Conversational AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and voice assistants.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for enterprise AI solutions.
• Drive technical strategy, solution architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineering teams through design reviews and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI systems.
• Support production deployments, operational excellence, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and NLU.
• Hands-on experience with chatbots, voice assistants, STT, and TTS.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven track record in Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership.
