Drive core storage domain development as an individual contributor, owning design, coding, and release processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement storage-related software and firmware modules independently.
• Create detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Software Design Specifications (SDS).
• Debug complex issues, analyze system performance, and resolve technical problems.
• Manage release processes and report assignment status to Technical Architects.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and customers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software or firmware development.
• Expertise in C and C++ programming with strong object-oriented design skills.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Practical experience with SDLC and release management processes.
• Ability to produce comprehensive SRS and SDS documentation.
• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
• MTech in Computer Science, ECE, or EEE.

Preferred Skills

• Simulation development using Matlab.
• Understanding of SoC architecture and communication protocols.
