Lead the design and development of computer applications and specialized utility programs for stakeholders in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software design and development to ensure alignment with technical standards.
• Review and approve technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate completed installation projects to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Java and JavaScript.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with SQL Server.
• Development experience using C# and .NET.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JSP, and CSS.
• Ability to write and maintain Shell Scripts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database Programming.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing server patches and SharePoint environments.
