Description

You will own the customization, maintenance, and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM and its integrations.

Responsibilities

• Customize and extend Dynamics CRM using server-side code, custom business logic, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
• Develop and maintain integrations, web resources, views, dashboards, and entities.
• Manage the change control process for managed and unmanaged solutions, including releases and upgrades.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, monitor system performance, and resolve system job failures.
• Administer business units, security roles, and field security profiles in accordance with compliance measures.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Strong experience in JavaScript and Power Automate flows.
• Proven track record with integrations and data exchange.
• Experience with model-driven PowerApps and Power BI.
• Ability to perform unit, functional, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring colleagues and providing technical guidance.
