Build and maintain fullstack web applications using .NET and React while leading Agile teams through technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using React and .NET.
• Lead Agile teams through technical guidance and implementation of Agile principles.
• Implement Shift-Left development practices to integrate quality assurance into the entire development lifecycle.
• Guide teams in adopting modern development methodologies and high-quality engineering standards.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-cultural environments.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in .NET development.
• Hands-on experience building React-based web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Experience in technical leadership roles within an Agile team.
• Ability to work in a Shift-Left development environment.
• Any graduate degree.
