Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a critical stakeholder in the development and release of ID&F products.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to regional delivery and support teams during the software development lifecycle.
• Provide operational guidance, product consultancy and support client incidents resolution processes.
• Contribute towards ID&F business success through AI native automation and innovation improvements.
• Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing activities, product improvements and documentation optimization enhancement.
• Enhance product deliverability through technical input and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Deliver and troubleshoot SaaS and on-premises hosted solutions for clients.
• Drive SaaS and on-premise deliveries and client implementations focusing on technical engineering aspects.
• Work with cloud services deployment and management including AWS scaling and tuning practices.
• Interact with multiple organizational levels across different time zones building long-term relationships.

Education: Bachelor's degree desirable in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
