Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, notifications, and data policies.
• Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
