Description

You will own infrastructure and platform automation through API development, management, and integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs using Java, Golang, or Python.
• Write automation code leveraging APIs from management platforms like Tibco Mashery, MuleSoft, or Layer 7.
• Troubleshoot system issues using Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Implement security protocols including Authentication and Authorization via IdP, OAuth, and SAML.
• Manage API administration and integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT engineering experience.
• 3+ years of API development experience using REST and SOAP.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python.
• Experience with API Management platforms such as MuleSoft, Tibco Mashery, or Layer 7.
• Knowledge of Linux and MuleSoft Anypoint Studio/RAML.
• Understanding of security concepts including OAuth, SAML, and Open API specification.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management systems like Ping, Okta, or Duo.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Udeploy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile Scrum or Kanban teams using Jira.
