Description

You will own the development, release, and operational support of Identity & Fraud (ID&F) products, serving as a technical advisor for regional delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and troubleshoot SaaS and on-premises solutions for clients.
• Drive SaaS and on-premise deliveries focusing on technical engineering aspects.
• Manage cloud services deployment and AWS scaling and tuning practices.
• Resolve client incidents and provide operational guidance during the software development lifecycle.
• Optimize documentation and facilitate internal knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency with AI Tools, SaaS, AWS, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and logging with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Data format handling using XML and JSON.
• Containerization with Docker.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes, EKS, Kafka, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience in the Identity and Fraud domain.
• API testing tools: Bruno, Postman, SOAP UI, Swagger.
