Lead frontend development for web applications in the market research industry. Own features end-to-end, from technical specification and designer collaboration to code implementation and health monitoring. Investigate and resolve issues related to performance, scalability, and maintainability. Act as a technical consultant for team architecture and planning decisions. Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and mentorship. Build high-traffic, high-availability web applications with a focus on usability.

Responsibilities

• Own new features end-to-end, including technical specification, designer collaboration, and implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in web application development with a frontend focus.
• Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with GraphQL and integrating with internal or external APIs.
• Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Maven.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, SQL, and Tomcat.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking.
• Proven ability to implement software design best practices.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with remote and cross-functional partners.
• Any Graduate degree.
