Description

Lead technical implementation projects from requirement gathering through production go-live. Own the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between client needs and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan implementation projects and manage resource allocation and timelines.
• Gather customer requirements and draft SoWs, functional specifications, and documents of understanding.
• Coordinate communication between clients, project managers, and development teams.
• Execute and verify SIT and UAT test cases to secure formal sign-off.
• Prepare migration documentation for production deployment.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a relevant implementation profile.
• Proven experience in Switch implementation or development.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO and NDC/DDC protocols.
• Experience with Card Management systems.
• Proficiency with MySQL or MSSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability in team management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ or Java.
