Design, build, and enhance software applications with a focus on active development and technical leadership.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and code new software applications, dedicating 80% of time to active development.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-engineering staff on hardware and system monitoring requirements.
• Research new technology and coach engineers, dedicating 20% of time to these activities.
• Mitigate risks and proactively communicate changes to project timelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in business process automation applications.
• 4+ years experience with C#, .NET Core, and Windows tools/languages.
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks including Angular, Typescript, React, or Vue.
• Deep understanding of data repository models, including SQL.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns like Domain Driven Design, Microservice, and Event Driven.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong skills in writing unit and integration tests for all developed code.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with MongoDB.
