You will own the design, coding, and technical leadership for core application features.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and code solutions, dedicating approximately 80% of time to active development tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team, assisting with mentoring and recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-engineering staff to define and meet hardware and system monitoring requirements.
• Mitigate risks and proactively communicate potential changes to project timelines or system degradation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in business process automation applications.
• 4+ years experience with .NET, C#, and modern web frameworks (Angular/Typescript, React, or Vue).
• Deep understanding of data repository models, with proficiency in SQL and preference for NoSQL.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, Domain Driven Design, and Microservice architectures.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions owning the Software Development Lifecycle (DevOps).
• Strong ability to write unit and integration tests using frameworks like NUnit or xUnit.
• Familiarity with distributed systems using message brokers like Kafka.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
