Own the technical direction, coaching, and delivery of complex solutions within the ADMS and COTS ecosystems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor product teams through complex technical challenges to ensure architectural integrity.
• Negotiate with vendors to navigate platform constraints, compliance requirements, and technical limitations.
• Interpret business workflows to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Maintain high standards for software configuration quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Expert scripting proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL variants.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Basic and ABAP.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills for diagnosing and refining solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to promote shared learning and continuous improvement within teams.
