Description

You will design, develop, and implement backend software for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new software features through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Debug, resolve defects, and perform performance tuning on production applications.
• Review code and design to provide constructive feedback and ensure high quality.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers to support knowledge growth and project delivery.
• Conduct static analysis, code coverage analysis, and system optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proven track record deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Experience building and integrating microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in writing scalable, testable code using best development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in distributed environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
