LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer with strong skills in cloud-native application development and microservices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java, backend frameworks, and modern development practices, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.


𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Java 8/11, Quarkus/Spring, Hibernate ORM, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/RDBMS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Git, JUnit, Swagger, Postman, OpenTelemetry.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞): Kafka, RabbitMQ, Drools, Redis/Hazelcast, Reactive Programming, React.js.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Participate in user story grooming, provide technical design inputs, and develop APIs as per standards. Perform coding and unit testing, ensuring clean and maintainable code. Collaborate with leads to resolve technical issues, support SIT/UAT defect fixes, and use CI/CD tools for build, deployment, and API validation. Deliver high-quality features within sprint timelines.


𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with proven experience in cloud-native applications and microservices. Experience in BFSI (Cards domain) is an added advantage
