Description

You will build and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based microservices for Fidelity Digital Assets’ enterprise platform. You will own the full lifecycle of backend services, from designing REST APIs to deploying resilient systems on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and core Java.
• Design and implement REST API clients and services.
• Manage data persistence using SQL databases.
• Implement asynchronous messaging using AWS SNS and SQS.
• Write automated unit and integration tests using JUnit.

Required Skills

• Expertise in core Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL and database design.
• Experience with AWS, including EKS and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of microservice architectures and twelve-factor app patterns.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
