Description
You will develop, test, and support applications in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions to meet project goals.
- Identify, design, and implement fixes for software defects.
- Support QA testing efforts and troubleshoot production problems.
- Document software processes and changes to ensure maintainability.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of software development experience with Java and C.
- 1+ years of experience with Java Spring, Java Swing, and Struts.
- 3 years of experience working in a Linux environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong familiarity with OO design and development methodologies.
- Experience with relational databases using PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Experience developing web applications and services.
- Proficiency in server-side CSS.
- Familiarity with standalone debuggers such as GDB.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern automated testing practices.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science
