You will build complex applications, translating business requirements into functional system designs and leading development as a high-level individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects in collaboration with architects and principal engineers using Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze complex business requirements to create detailed functional system designs.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop technical documentation, including procedures, training materials, and user guides.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, business continuity, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with React and Angular.
• Experience with Kafka and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with JUnit for testing.
• Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Competency in REST API development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Gradle, GitHub, and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or payments industry.
• Industry-standard Java certification.
