Description

Lead technical planning, architecture, and delivery of software solutions while mentoring team members.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, and architectural design.
• Develop, test, debug, and modify software enhancements using current technologies.
• Conduct code audits and reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate directly with clients to resolve design issues and facilitate solution communication.
• Create technical documentation and user stories to support sprint planning and backlog management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development experience.
• 5+ years of professional programming experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and EMR.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proven client-facing or consulting experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Financial Services domain.
