Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and Java 17/23.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to secure coding practices following OWASP standards and regulatory needs (HIPAA, medical device software).
• Integrate with internal and external APIs using REST and GraphQL.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Build and deploy services to AWS EKS, leveraging AWS services like Cognito, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and X-Ray.
• Participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and expand test automation coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (17+) and Spring Boot application development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and secure RESTful API design.
• Strong experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and test automation.
• Experience working in cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, EKS/Kubernetes).
• Skilled in using Azure DevOps for sprint planning and work tracking.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Spring Boot.
