You will develop and optimize high-performance software within capital markets or cryptocurrency trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-performance code using C++.
• Profile and tune software to improve execution efficiency.
• Drive mature delivery practices through automation and CI/CD tools.
• Manage multiple concurrent releases using version control systems.
• Mentor team members and take accountability for technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience as a developer.
• Expert proficiency in C++.
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Deep understanding of multi-processing and parallel computing.
• Practical application of enterprise design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative development.
• Background in Capital Markets or Cryptocurrency, specifically Algo Trading.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
