Lead technical development and mentor junior engineers in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior engineers to improve team technical capabilities.
• Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices across multiple platforms.
• Practice paired programming to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and AWS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud development.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Proven experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with paired programming.
• Any Graduate degree.
