Description

Design, develop, and support back-end integration solutions connecting enterprise systems and Workday cloud applications with external HCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integration solutions linking Workday with external applications such as PeopleSoft and Informatica.
• Identify and solve complex business problems related to Human Capital Management system integrations.
• Develop technical specifications, test conditions, and documentation for production migrations.
• Modify existing software to resolve errors and implement new functionality.
• Travel to client sites to perform feasibility studies, evaluate requirements, and set up systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Java/.NET environments.
• Strong experience with Oracle and PL/SQL relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with TSQL and SSRS Reports.
• Working knowledge of XML and Web Services.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Ajax, and Javascript.
• Familiarity with Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Autosys and Design Patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
