Description

Architect and develop backend services and APIs for fraud detection, risk scoring, and compliance automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs supporting risk operations and transaction monitoring.
• Implement intelligent testing frameworks that auto-generate test cases, predict bugs, and enable self-healing capabilities.
• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing layers.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure SLA adherence through observability and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices within an AI-driven SDLC environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and C# development.
• Experience with Azure Cloud native technologies and Azure migration.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design, OAuth2, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Unit Testing, and TDD.
• Strong understanding of queuing mechanisms, multithreading, and distributed computing.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database design.
• Familiarity with AI code assistants like GitHub Copilot.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fintech or risk management technology platforms.
• Familiarity with fraud case management, transaction scoring, and regulatory reporting.
