Description

You will design, build, and maintain secure cloud-native backend services and APIs for the BaaS platform using C# and .NET.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs on Azure, leveraging APIM, SQL, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault.
• Implement secure authentication flows using OAuth2 and OpenAPI specifications.
• Manage asynchronous messaging via Azure Service Bus and Event Hubs.
• Enhance system reliability through monitoring, observability, and root cause analysis using Datadog and Grafana.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Deep expertise in Azure services including APIM, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault.
• Strong background in building and securing REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth2, OpenAPI, Azure Service Bus, and Event Hubs.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and Grafana.
• Understanding of PCI DSS and SOC 2 compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FinTech, banking, or embedded finance/BaaS platforms.
• Background in partner onboarding workflows and agile scrum methodologies.
