Description

You will own the development and scaling of machine learning services.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, maintainable services, owning projects end-to-end focused on recommendation systems and personalization.
• Prototype and develop LLM-driven agents to enable effective workflows for merchants and shoppers.
• Enhance the ML team's developer experience by improving tools, workflows, and processes.
• Strengthen test coverage to ensure high-quality systems throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical and product specifications and actively participate in architecture and design discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years in Python within Machine Learning or Data Scientist roles.
• Hands-on experience completing end-to-end projects in recommendations, personalization, or AI agents.
• Experience handling projects end-to-end, from stakeholder discussions to production deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, LLM, AI Agents, Data Science, CI/CD, and Automated Testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2C product-based environments.
• Scalable service design experience.
