Description

You will develop and maintain high-quality software within a banking and financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and debug high-quality code using object-oriented programming languages.
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment workflows.
• Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous interfaces using REST, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Ensure software maturity and resiliency across distributed systems.
• Manage data persistence and caching using various SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, specifically within banking or financial sectors.
• 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming in C/C++, C#, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Python, Java, Typescript, Javascript, or Abap.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Comdb2.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with asynchronous protocols like Kafka or RabbitMQ and synchronous REST interfaces.
• Experience with frontend development using React.
• Experience with caching layers such as Redis or Chipmunk.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within SAP platforms.
