Description

You will design and implement developer workspaces and tooling to enhance engineering workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools in Python and Java to streamline developer processes.
• Lead initiatives to integrate Generative AI capabilities into developer workflows.
• Create patterns for desktop provisioning and software package management using SCCM or VDI.
• Advocate for and implement CI/CD improvements through new tooling and libraries.
• Ensure all solutions meet audit, risk, and governance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in development and end-user technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and Java.
• Expertise in desktop provisioning and software distribution.
• Advanced experience with SCCM, VDI, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of container creation, usage, and management.
• Intermediate experience with integrating AI/ML capabilities into cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Javascript.
• Ability to advocate for best practices and influence technical decisions.
