• Drive team maturity by implementing CI/CD and automated testing practices.
• Manage multiple technical priorities and details under pressure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
• 7+ years of experience with Java, .Net, or Swift.
• Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Proficiency with Git for source control.
• Ability to explain complex technical situations to non-technical colleagues.
• Any graduate degree.
